The choice of Ashkelon to Efgad's seat is rooted in my family and employment history. I was born and raised in Jerusalem and after graduating with a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration, I was accepted to work as an accountant for Yuval Gad, which was in Ashkelon. After a trial period during which I also experimented with partial living in the city, my wife and I decided to relocate our residence, along with our two children, to Ashkelon. After leaving Yuval Gad and running a company that was building in South Africa, I moved to a new partnership whose seat was Ramat Gan. I was already thinking of moving to the center area and even found a home for purchase, my wife, the kids and I decided that we love Ashkelon and do not want to move. When I established the Efgad company, it was clear to me that the office would be in Ashkelon, I liked the social fabric of the city. And since then, Efgad operates from Ashkelon and from here we build throughout the country, from Eilat in the south to Acre in the north. ( Efraim Henig)
