Accessibility arrangements for Efgad Company

Efgad makes the best of its efforts and invests many resources to provide all its customers with equitable, respectable, accessible, and professional service. Pursuant to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act of 1998 and the regulations that have been installed under it, great efforts and resources are invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments that will enable a person with disabilities to receive the services provided to all clients independently and equitably.

Building accessibility arrangements

Efgad promotes the accessibility of the buildings it owns or operates, to enable access and service to all customers, including customers with disabilities.

Main office – 13 Katznelson St. Ashkelon

• There are disabled parking spaces located in parking lot minus 1, adjacent to the parking lot elevator. Please call our office to open the parking for you (08-6792000)
• There is an access sequence from parking through the entrance to the office(including elevators).
• Accessible disabled services are available in the building’s lobby and various floors.
• Service animals are permitted entrance to assist a disabled person.
• If necessary, you can contact the service representatives in the office for assistance filling out forms.

• There are disabled parking spaces located in the mall parking lot, near the mall entrance.
• There is an access sequence from parking through the entrance to the office (including elevators).
• Accessible disabled services are available at the mall.
• Service animals are permitted entrance to assist a disabled person.
• If necessary, you can contact the service representatives in the office for assistance filling out forms.

• Disabled Parking – There are disabled parking spaces in the street, close to the sales office.
• Accessible Entrance – There is a ramp at the entrance to the sales office.
• Identity signs exist.
• Service animals are permitted entrance to assist a disabled person.

Sales Office “AGAMIM” – Jezreel Valey Blv., Ashkelon

• The office is located near the project site.
• Disabled Parking – There is a parking lot beside the office and there are parking spaces in the street, close to the sales office.
• Accessible Entrance – There is a ramp at the entrance to the sales office.
• Identity signs exist.
• Service animals are permitted entrance to assist a disabled person.
• If necessary, you can contact the service representatives in the office for assistance filling out forms.

Customer service is accessible

• • Accessible Service Training – All employees are trained to understand the accessibility area, create awareness among employees, and provide practical tools for accessible service.
  • Accessible Call Center – Voicemail is accessed so that information is conveyed in clear language and without background music. The office can be contacted by phone: 08-6792000, Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Accessibility adjustments were made according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (TA 5568) for online content accessibility at AA level and International Document 0.
  • The tests were tested for the highest compatibility for Firefox browser.
  • The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support for the customizable keyboard usage pattern with the arrow keys, Enter, and Esc to exit menus and windows.

Providing information in accessible formats

The site has a number of PDF files that cannot be accessed in the source software in which they were created.

Efgad enables disabled customers to receive information provided on behalf of the company through accessible formats.

Accessible format information will be provided at no cost with a customer request. If necessary, contact the accessibility coordinator or customer service representative of the company.
